Kangaroo Kidz

Each day will begin with a warm up for the day’s lesson. The children will work on the following equipment: balance beam, vault, incline mat, rings, bars and more. Each week we will have a theme.

Please bring a bag lunch, children will do gymnastics, eat lunch and play lots of great games.

Clothing: Dress comfortably in activity clothes. No shoes in the gym. Please have hair neatly secured.

Registration: Registration for camp must be received no later than June 1, 2008, all registrations received after that date will incur a $40.00 late fee. New children to Kangaroo Kidz excluded.

Confirmation: If your first choice is available when we receive your registration, you will not receive any confirmation. If your first choice is not available, we will contact you by phone.

Please note any child who signs up for all eight weeks fo camp will receive a 15% discount. You must sign up for 5 days a week to get discount.

2. Once my registration fee is accepted by Kangaroo Kidz it is non-refundable for any reason.

I______________ am the parent or legal guardian of the above applicant and agree to execute this release of liability on behalf of the applicant. I am aware of the risks and dangers associated with gymnastics and voluntarily accept and assume all responsibility. In consideration of Kangaroo Kidz, landowners, their directors, employees, and any volunteers associated with Kangaroo Kidz (Hereinafter referred to as the Releasees) permitting my child's participation in Kangaroo Kidz classes. I further agree as follows: 1. Will abide by or be responsible for my child's observance of Kangaroo Kidz rules and procedures. 2. To waive any and all claims that I may have against the Releasees. 3. To release from any liability and any loss, damage injury or expense that I may suffer as a result of my or my child's participation in Kangaroo Kidz program due to any cause what so ever, including negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 4. To hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees from any and all liability for any personal injury to any third party, resulting from my child's participation in the program. I have read and understand this release of liability prior to signing it, and am aware that by signing this release of liability I am waiving certain legal rights, which I may have against the Releasees.
