We will decorate Saint Patricks Day Cookies, do Gymnastics, have a snack and more!
Cost for the evening will be $20.00 per child.

Dear Parent,
On March 9, 2012 from 6:30-9 P.M., Kangaroo Kidz will be hosting parent’s night out for age’s 4 and up. The cost for the evening is $20.00 per child.
Here is what we will do: Decorate Saint Patrick’s Day Cookies to donate to the Adult Day Care Center, gymnastics, snack, games and more. Please note the snack that will be served will be pretzels, popcorn, juice and water.
Sign up is first come first serve. You must pay for the event when you sign up. No exceptions. Children must be 4-12 years of age. We will supply a snack. We need to know if your child has any food allergies. So bring a friend, a sibling, come join the fun.
Late pick up fee will be an additional $10.00 for every 10 minutes. Please don’t be late.

MY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AGREE TO AS FOLLOWS:
1. To abide by all Kangaroo Kidz rules and procedures.
2. Once my registration fee is accepted by Kangaroo Kidz it is non-refundable for any reason.
I______________ am the parent or legal guardian of the above applicant and agree to execute this release of liability on behalf of the applicant. I am aware of the risks and dangers associated with gymnastics and voluntarily accept and assume all responsibility. In consideration of Kangaroo Kidz, landowners, their directors, employees, and any volunteersassociated with Kangaroo Kidz (Hereinafter referred to as the Releasees) permitting my child's participation in Kangaroo Kidz classes. I further agree as follows: 1. will abide by or be responsible for my child's observance of Kangaroo Kidz rules and procedures. 2. To waive any and all claims that I may have against the Releasees. 3. To release from any liability and anyloss, damage injury or expense that I may suffer as a result of my or my child's participation in Kangaroo Kidz program due to any cause what so ever, including negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 4. To hold harmlessand indemnify the Releasees from any and all liability for any personal injury to any third party, resulting from my child's participation in the program. I have read and understand this releaseof liability prior to signing it, and are aware that by signing this release ofliability I am waiving certain legal rights which I may have against the Releasees. This waiver shall remainin effect until canceled in writing by partysigning below.
