MY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AGREE TO AS FOLLOWS: 1. To abide by all Kangaroo Kidz rules and procedures. 2. Once my registration fee is accepted by Kangaroo Kidz it is non-refundable for any reason. I______________ am the parent or legal guardian of the above applicant and agree to execute this release of liability on behalf of the applicant. I am aware of the risks and dangers associated with gymnastics and voluntarily accept and assume all responsibility. In consideration of Kangaroo Kidz, landowners, their directors, employees, and any volunteers associated with Kangaroo Kidz (Hereinafter referred to as the Releasees) permitting my child's participation in Kangaroo Kidz classes. I further agree as follows: 1. Will abide by or be responsible for my child's observance of Kangaroo Kidz rules and procedures. 2. To waive any and all claims that I may have against the Releasees. 3. To release from any liability and any loss, damage injury or expense that I may suffer as a result of my or my child's participation in Kangaroo Kidz program due to any cause what so ever, including negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 4. To hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees from any and all liability for any personal injury to any third party, resulting from my child's participation in the program. I have read and understand this release of liability prior to signing it, and are aware that by signing this release of liability I am waiving certain legal rights which I may have against the Releasees. Clothing	Dress comfortably in activity clothes. No shoes in the gym.

Registration:	Early registration is recommended, as classes can fill quickly. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Registration is ongoing where class space is available. Fee will be prorated.
Confirmation	If your first choice is available when we receive your registration, you will not receive any confirmation. If your first choice is not available, we will contact you by phone.

Our Goal	LET’S MAKE EXERCISE FUN!
Our Staff	All Kangaroo Kidz staff is USGA Certified along with Kinder Certification. They also have CPR and First Aid Certification. Yoga instructors are certified to teach adult, as well as, children's yoga classes.
Make-ups	Prior notice of absence is required for make-ups. Make-up classes are available for current session only. Make-ups must be scheduled in advance and cannot be rescheduled. Make-ups are on a space available basis and are not guaranteed. Fees will not be prorated for classes missed. Refunds are never given for classes missed.
Return Check Fee	There will be a $25.00 administrative fee for all returned checks.
Current Students	Registrations received after September 1, 2008 will be charged a late fee of $20.00.
